Refund policy

Returns are generally not accepted except in cases where the product is defective. As production takes place in overseas factories, inspection standards are lower than in Japan. Please note that misaligned printing, stains, misaligned adhesive parts, and similar issues are treated as normal product conditions.
If the item is defective, we will respond promptly if stock is available; if not, you may be asked to wait.
